Choose the plan that works for you
One size does NOT fit all. We all have different bodies, goals, lifestyles, histories, and budgets. Just want professionally-designed programs, nutrition guidance, and tracking tools? Then The Essentials Plan may be just what you need! On the other hand, if you're looking for a fully personalized experience with programs designed 100% for YOU, feedback on your exercise form, unlimited support and advice from a certified and experienced trainer (me!) and greater accountability, then The Signature Plan will fit your needs beautifully.

Answer a few questions
Your fitness program needs to be right for you, so I need to get to know you better. For The Essentials Plan this just entails a few questions about your goals, fitness level, health, and what equipment you'll have access to (full gym, home gym, or no equipment). The Signature Plan has additional questions about your lifestyle, injury history, preferences, and a movement / postural / fitness assessment.

Start your program
When your program is ready it will be delivered right to your Carolyn Trains account, which you can access from the app or the web portal. With The Essentials Plan, your program will include a new fitness plan each month, nutrition guidance based on your goal, and tracking tools so that you can see your progress. With The Signature Plan, your monthly fitness program is 100% customized for you based on a fitness assessment and your onboarding questionnaires (60+ data points total). You also get feedback from me (not a bot!) on your exercise form and nutrition, plus weekly accountability check-ins.
